Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or rebook your appointment we will need 48 Hours of notice or you will be charged the full rate. The full rate also applies to no show appointments.

Running Late Policy

We allow a 15 minute window for late sessions. If we cannot contact you for your booked session it will be cancelled and you will be charged the full rate of the session.
