New clients: Start with a free 20-minute phone or video consultation to share what’s bringing you in and create a plan with your therapist.

Returning clients: Book directly with your therapist below. You can also add yourself to their waitlist to request certain appointment times.

📝 Before Your Session

We direct bill through Telus E-Claim. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage for CCC, RCC, or RSW therapists.

Please note our 48-hour cancellation policy — late cancellations, missed appointments, if you are running over 15 minutes late. You are charged the full fee.
