Becoming a new parent is hard and often not how you imagined. You feel exhausted, overstimulated, irritable, and your anxiety is through the roof. Maybe you’re struggling with infertility, pregnancy loss, or worry constantly about your baby’s safety. Perhaps you didn’t feel an immediate connection to your baby, this transition to motherhood has rocked your whole identity, or trauma from your past is suddenly showing up again. Maybe you’re taking your frustrations out on your partner or feeling unsure if you even want children. It’s a lot.

These struggles are actually more common than you realize. For over 10 years I have worked with mothers, fathers, people struggling to fall pregnant, pregnancy loss, and young people who want to break hurtful family patterns and feel happier with their lives. The good news is it doesn’t have to be this hard. Let’s build your confidence as you learn to trust your instincts. Learn to notice what your body is telling you and strategies for staying regulated.

How long has it been since you actually felt okay? Not great, just okay. You are exhausted but cannot sleep. Your brain will not slow down. You find yourself replaying conversations and second-guessing everything. Telling yourself “others have it worse”, then feeling guilty for struggling at all.

Something shifted, and you do not recognize yourself anymore. Old stuff is coming back up, and you are tired of pretending it is not.

I work with young women and adults, especially BIPOC women, who are used to managing everything until they realize they are struggling. Together, we look at what is happening so things can slowly start to shift. The noise gets quieter, and you no longer have to carry it alone.

You probably didn’t wake up one day and decide to stop enjoying your life. It happened slowly. You used to love your job, but now you’re dreading it. The things that used to matter, don’t feel the same, and you can’t remember the last time you felt like yourself.

You’re still functioning, showing up and looking fine to everyone around you, but nobody sees what it takes to hold it together. You come home with nothing left.

I work with high-achieving women who are exhausted and have never had a space that is just for them. Together, we pay attention to what is happening beneath the surface and help you reconnect with yourself. Things start to shift. You feel more present, your needs begin to matter, and the things that bring you joy start coming back.

Does your brain never stop and somehow you still cannot get anything done? You can think of a hundred things at once and still forget to eat lunch.

You cannot finish anything. You have unfinished projects, a notes app full of ideas, and a to-do list that makes you feel worse. You lose things, run late, and wonder why you cannot seem to get it together despite being told your whole life that you are smart.

Nobody mentioned ADHD. Or maybe you did not fit the picture people had in mind.

I specialize in working with women with ADHD, especially those diagnosed later in life. Together, we look at what is going on for you, why certain things feel impossible, and what your brain actually needs to follow through. You stop feeling like you are constantly catching up and start feeling like you are actually living your life.
